Tech & Innovation Forum

Technology, AI & Digital Governance

AI safety, cybersecurity treaties, digital rights, and emerging tech governance.

Political & Cultural Council

Geopolitics & Cultural Diplomacy

Territorial disputes, heritage restitution, soft power, and diplomatic strategy.

Round Structure

Round 01 - All Teams

Oxford Style Debate

  • 2 speakers and 1 interjector per team
  • 4 minutes per speaker
  • Top 5 teams per council qualify
Round 02 - Top 5 Per Council

Turncoat Debate & Consensus Paper

  • Two speakers switch stance mid-speech
  • Third member drafts the consensus paper
  • Top 2 teams per pool qualify
Round 03 - Quarter Finals

4v4 Forums

  • Eight teams split across two parallel forums
  • Government and Opposition benches by draw
  • Winning team from each forum advances
Rounds 04-05

Semi Finals & Grand Finale

  • Parliamentary 3v3 format
  • Principal, second, and third speakers
  • Grand finale in the main auditorium

Rules that matter.

  • Use of AI is strictly prohibited during debate and preparation time.
  • Participants may not use personal phones during preparation or debate.
  • Teacher escorts may not meet participants during preparation time.
  • Teacher escorts will remain in the auditorium and may witness the debate.
